Nikki Hayden is a licensed Realtor in Ohio and Kentucky, servicing buyers and sellers. What makes her unique is her background of over 25 years in sales prior to selling real estate, so she is an expert in negotiation and an advocate for her clients.

In 2022 Nikki sold 62 homes and over $25,000,000 in sales volume and is on track to close nearly $30,000,000 this year. Nikki was appointed for a 2nd term as an associate director of the Northern Kentucky Building Industry Association.

Nikki grew up in Cincinnati, attended Mother of Mercy high school, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in business. Nikki is Alumni Chi Omega and was a leader on campus. Nikki lived in California and Georgia but then returned to reside to raise her family in Mason, Ohio. She was also a board member on her condo association at The Views in Covington. Owned in Madeira following a divorce and then moved to Northern Kentucky and has resided in Burlington, Florence, and now owns in Covington, Kentucky.

Her daughter is 19 and attends Western Kentucky University, majoring in nursing. Her son is 18 and is a senior at Covington Catholic where he plays football.
