Team Lead
Heather Herr, Founder and Team Lead of Team Herr at Private Real Estate Collection has over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, development, and management. Heather is of the top 1% of all Realtors in the city of Cincinnati and at Coldwell Banker Realty nationwide which totals more than 50,000 Realtors. Heather was a four-time All American National Champion athlete at Ohio State University, graduating in Art Education. Her first career was in teaching, before discovering her passion and family's legacy in real estate. Heather also has an extensive background in software consultation and worked as part of the Siebel Systems team global customer relationship software rollout. Heather's customers enjoy the success that comes from her innovative marketing strategies and the support of her exceptional team, who position her to provide outstanding customer service. As a skillful negotiator, with an extensive networking base, Heather provides a winning combination for promoting and selling your home. Heather is the Vice President of the North Avondale Neighborhood Association, Secretary of the Cincinnati Woman's Council of Real Estate, and works closely with the city of Cincinnati in community development. Buyers Agent
Katie McCarty is a licensed Realtor / Buyers Agent with Team Herr. Katie brings over 7 years of experience in real estate sales and management. Katie specializes as the buyer’s agent for the Team Herr. Prior to Coldwell Banker with Team Herr, Katie ran a successful business in real estate investment with her LLC in which purchased and managed properties for clients. Katie resides with her family in Hyde Park but previously spent nearly four years living and working in Hong Kong with her husband and family. Customers cite Katie’s positive attitude during the sale process and dedication to providing the best possible experience. Katie takes the time to understand her customers’ needs which allows her to find them the perfect home. “There is nothing more satisfying, than when our customers see that perfect home for the first time, except that moment we help them through a successful closing.”
Nikki is a licensed realtor who services buyers and sellers in OH and KY. She has over 25 years of sales experience, making her an expert at negotiation and an advocate for her client’s needs, and in 2021, she had her best year ever selling 46 homes totaling $22 million. Nikki graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in business and is a Chi-Omega alum. She’s a single mother to her two children: Olivia, 17, at St. Henry District High School, and Cole, 16, at Covington Catholic High School. She’s an active board member of the Building Industry Association of Northern KY and a past board member of the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council.
Yvette R. Simpson, Esq./MBA, is a licensed Realtor, lawyer, and MBA. She served as a member of Cincinnati City Council and the Hamilton County Planning Commission for six years. She is a Team Herr Real Estate member, which ranks among the top 1% of Cincinnati agents. A hometown girl, Yvette has been to every one of Cincinnati’s 52 neighborhoods and knows the region very well. This experience, coupled with her commitment to excellence, service, and passion for the city, makes her uniquely qualified to help homeowners find their dream home and neighborhood. Yvette and her husband live in the historic Longworth Square District of the West End. Yvette has received numerous honors and has served on the boards of several major Cincinnati philanthropic institutions, including the Contemporary Arts Center, the YWCA, and the Urban League. Yvette has been recognized as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty under 40 and Women Who Mean Business, a Venue Magazine Woman of Influence, a Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction, a YWCA Rising Star and Career Woman of Achievement, and a National Business Courier “Top 100 CEO.”
Hillary has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2018 and is the newest sales agent to join Team Herr. With a strong skillset and background in sales and marketing, she really enjoys getting to know her clients, their needs and is committed to guiding them through every step of the home buying or selling process. Currently residing in Anderson Township for the last 25 years, Hillary and her family enjoy spending time outdoors and taking advantage of all the natural amenities the city has to offer. Hiking local parks with her black lab Bella, kayaking the Little Miami River with family and friends, and gardening are just a few of her favorite things to do. As a mother of a special needs son, Hillary is a proud community supporter of the Epilepsy Foundation, TS Alliance, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, and LADD-Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled. "I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live as independently as possible and am passionate about advocating for those in need"
Sales & Marketing Director
Ellen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves new adventures, as well as challenging herself personally and professionally. As a Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati native, she takes great pride in the area by attending sporting events, museums, new and old restaurants, as well as local shops! She was born and raised in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, where she currently resides. Ellen graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she studied Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Public Relations. She enjoys checking off new ski resorts that she visits, playing tennis, volleyball, Pilates, making progress on her golf score, and learning new pottery techniques! As a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, former VA Hospital volunteer, and co-chairing the Local Rolling Thunder in honor of POWs and MIAs, giving back to local veterans is something that she cares deeply about. As a previous employee and current volunteer for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, she holds this organization near and dear to her heart. Her previous experience as a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator gives Ellen the behind-the-scenes knowledge that helps make the buying and selling process smooth. She is excited to combine her experience in real estate, information technology, marketing, and event planning in her new role, as the team’s Director of Sales and Marketing, in addition to being a licensed agent.
Operations Manager
Kelly was born and raised in Cincinnati and is a true Queen City native through and through. She moved away for a few years to attend college at Ohio University where she was a division 1 athlete and double major in Psychology and English. She started her real estate career 7 years ago when she worked as a customer service specialist at Dotloop and then transitioned into the sales side of things when she was recruited by an agent to work as her assistant. Kelly has since earned her real estate license from Hondros College and has been working as a transaction coordinator/team lead where she implements her knack for perfecting processes to better serve the agents she works with. She takes pride in her ability to do whatever it takes to get a deal to the closing table and is very persistent, thorough, and steady. An avid animal lover, Kelly boards and fosters dogs out of her home in Mt. Washington where she resides with her boyfriend and their 10-year-old daughter. In her free time, she spends as much time outdoors as possible and loves to explore new places.
Transaction Coordinator
Andrea Marasek is Team Herr's client care coordinator. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. She is a single mother of two daughters; Elizabeth, 16, and Alexandra, 15 whom she resides within Batavia, Ohio. In her free time, Andrea enjoys boating, scuba diving, ATV adventures, shopping, and gardening. Previously, Andrea was part owner of a new construction company for 13 years. After stepping away from that, she became an assistant processor for a mortgage company. As she decided she wanted to get her real estate license, she started working for Coldwell Banker as the administrator, which is what brought her to Team Herr.
