Wendy Ruehlmann is a licensed Realtor / Buyers Agent with Team Herr. Wendy brings over 17 years of experience in real estate sales and appraisal and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Wendy’s early career included her work with a mortgage brokerage firm, where she assisted clients in the financing of new home purchases as well as refinancing. In 1999 Wendy became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and spent 14 years running her own appraisal company while serving the needs of numerous local and regional lending institutions. During this period Wendy become a private real estate investor where she purchased, renovated, built and sold for profit numerous residential single-family residences all over Cincinnati. Wendy obtained her Real Estate License in 2015 to share her love and knowledge of residential real estate with others.
A native of Orlando, Florida, Pamela made Cincinnati her home in 2002. Since relocating to Cincinnati she resides in Walnut Hills.
