Her role within this esteemed association underscores her dedication to fostering collaboration and excellence within the real estate profession. Ailleen has a pivotal role in Marketing and Membership for GCRA, where she demonstrates her prowess in strategic marketing and communication.
Ailleen is co-founder of the Ohio Latino Civic Engagement Group; she is deeply committed to fostering civic participation and the current Deputy State Director and Civil Rights Director for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). Her multifaceted roles reflect her dedication to creating positive change and making meaningful contributions to both the real estate industry and the community at large.
