Heather Herr | Listing Agent/Team Lead
Heather Herr, Founder and Team Lead of Team Herr Real Estate has over 17 years of experience in real estate sales, development, and management. Heather is in the top 1% of all Realtors in the city of Cincinnati and 2% at Coldwell Banker West Shell nationwide which totals more than 50,000 Realtors. Heather was a three-time All American National Champion athlete at Ohio State University, graduating in Art Education. Her first career was in teaching, before discovering her passion and families legacy in real estate. Heathers customers enjoy the success that comes from her innovative marketing strategies and the support of her exceptional team, who position her to provide outstanding customer service. As a skillful negotiator, with an extensive networking base, Heather provides a winning combination for promoting and selling your home. Heather is the President of North Avondale Neighborhood Association and works closely with the city of Cincinnati in community development. Katie McCarty | Buyers Agent
Katie McCarty is a licensed Realtor / Buyers Agent with Team Herr. Katie brings over 7 years of experience in real estate sales and management. Katie specializes as the buyer’s agent for the Team Herr. Prior to Coldwell Banker with Team Herr, Katie ran a successful business in real estate investment with her LLC in which purchased and managed properties for clients. Katie resides with her family in Hyde Park but previously spent nearly four years living and working in Hong Kong with her husband and family. Customers cite Katie’s positive attitude during the sale process and dedication to providing the best possible experience. Katie takes the time to understand her customers’ needs which allows her to find them the perfect home. “There is nothing more satisfying, than when our customers see that perfect home for the first time, except that moment we help them through a successful closing.”
Wendy Ruehlmann | Buyers Agent
Wendy Ruehlmann is a licensed Realtor / Buyers Agent with Team Herr. Wendy brings over 17 years of experience in real estate sales and appraisal and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Wendy’s early career included her work with a mortgage brokerage firm, where she assisted clients in the financing of new home purchases as well as refinancing. In 1999 Wendy became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and spent 14 years running her own appraisal company while serving the needs of numerous local and regional lending institutions. During this period Wendy become a private real estate investor where she purchased, renovated, built and sold for profit numerous residential single-family residences all over Cincinnati. Wendy obtained her Real Estate License in 2015 to share her love and knowledge of residential real estate with others.
Ann Wilburn | Transaction Coordinator
Ann is the transaction coordinator at Team Herr. Ann’s real estate career has spanned nearly twenty years in corporate, neighborhood offices, and customer centers. Her areas of expertise include transaction management, administration, customer service, daily operations, and closings. Ann graduated from the University of Dayton and enjoyed a career as a manager for the Angelica Corporation and Elder-Beerman. Ann stays on top each transaction through proactive communication, expertise in the process, and a desire to be of service. Ann and her family live in Anderson. “What I love most about my work on this team is how I can help create a more enjoyable experience for customers. Claire Gerhardt | Director of Marketing and PR
Claire Gerhardt is a recent graduate of the University of Kentucky with degrees in Marketing, Business Management and Communication. She discovered her passion for marketing early in her college career and has held numerous positions exploring opportunities related to her field in the higher education industry. Claire interned at the FC Cincinnati prior to employment with Team Herr. Claire’s role at Team Herr includes real estate marketing, client relations, process management and creative development.
